ARRIVAL INFORMATION

Due to hotel construction, traveling westbound on Wilshire Blvd. is the best option for arrivals. If traveling from the east, a U-turn is possible but not recommended. Guest drop off will be via the Wilshire Blvd. cutout on the west side of the street.

IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO USE YOUR TICKETS 

Tickets are for you and your guest’s personal use and are non-transferable. If you are unable to use your tickets, please contact the Academy Events team at academyevents@oscars.org.  


DIGITAL TICKETS AND VEHICLE PASS

Additional information, including instructions on how to access your digital tickets and vehicle pass, will be provided by email closer to the event. 

Please note: Accurate cell phone numbers are required for each guest to ensure digital delivery of tickets, vehicle passes, and event information via your smartphone’s Apple or Google Wallet.


PHOTO ID REQUIRED

All attendees must show a physical government-issued ID (for example: driver’s license or passport) that matches the name on their digital ticket to be admitted. You cannot use a photo of your ID at check-in.


RETAIN YOUR DIGITAL TICKET THROUGHOUT THE EVENT

Due to heightened security, each guest should retain personal possession of their digital ticket throughout the event. Guests may be asked to show their ticket at various times throughout the day and anyone not in possession of a valid ticket may be asked to leave.

Please note: Posting photos or screenshots of your digital tickets on social media or elsewhere is prohibited and may result in revoking tickets.
