The Academy is dedicated to inspiring young artists and creating opportunities for many communities to engage with the film world.

The Academy has many talent development and educational programs—​Gold Rising, the Nicholl Fellowships in Screenwriting, the Student ​Academy Awards, the Gold Fellowship for Women, and more.
