A video-retrospective of the three-month celebration of legendary Japanese filmmaker Akira Kurosawa debuted on Oscars.org. The celebration included an exhibition in the Academy’s Galleries and a five-title retrospective screening series, that kicked off with the premiere of a new digitally restored print of 1950s masterpiece “Rashomon” by the Academy Film Archive.
