’Tis the Season for a Holiday Classic at the Academy |

Beverly Hills, CA – The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences will present a newly restored print of the Oscar®-winning Christmas classic “Miracle on 34th Street” on Thursday, December 11, at 7:30 p.m. at the Samuel Goldwyn Theater in Beverly Hills. The 35mm print to be screened is from the collection of the Academy Film Archive, courtesy of Twentieth Century Fox, and is presented as part of the Academy’s Gold Standard screening series. |

“Oscar’s Docs” to Wrap Up in Israel and Vietnam |

Beverly Hills, CA — The 1997 Oscar®-winning documentaries “A Story of Healing” and “The Long Way Home” will screen on Monday, November 24, at 7:30 p.m. at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences’ Linwood Dunn Theater in Hollywood as the final installment of “Oscar’s Docs, Part Four: Academy Award®-Winning Documentaries 1988–1997.” |
