to Make
Oscar® Show Appearance

Beverly Hills, CA — Sandra Bullock will be a presenter for the 78th Academy Awards® telecast, producer Gil Cates announced today.

Bullock was seen in this year's critically acclaimed "Crash" and will be seen next in "The Lake House" and "Infamous." Her film credits include "Miss Congeniality," "Two Weeks Notice," "Murder by Numbers," "Divine Secrets of the Ya-Ya Sisterhood," "Hope Floats," "While You Were Sleeping" and "Speed."

Academy Awards for outstanding film achievements of 2005 will be presented on Sunday, March 5, 2006, at the Kodak Theatre at the Hollywood & Highland Center®, and televised live by the ABC Television Network beginning at 5 p.m. PST. A one-hour red carpet arrivals show will precede the telecast at 4 p.m.
