Beverly Hills, CA - Special events producer Cheryl Cecchetto has been chosen, for the 15th consecutive year, to produce the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences' Governors Ball. The gala event for Oscar winners and nominees will immediately follow the 76th Academy Awards® ceremony on Sunday, February 29.

"This year's Governors Ball will truly be a magical experience," said Cecchetto. "Being the official party for Hollywood's biggest night, it is our goal to insure that every detail highlights the grandeur of this enchanting evening."

Cecchetto and her team are responsible to Governors Ball Co-Chairs Sid Ganis and Cheryl Boone Isaacs for every detail pertaining to the event, including décor, lighting, sound, rentals, entertainment, food and personnel.
