Gwyneth Paltrow Set to Make Third Oscar® Show Appearance

Beverly Hills, CA - Academy Award® winner Gwyneth Paltrow is slated to make her third appearance as an Oscar presenter at the 74th Academy Awards®, producer Laura Ziskin announced today.

Paltrow, who currently can be seen in Wes Anderson's "The Royal Tenenbaums," co-starring Gene Hackman and Anjelica Huston, won the Best Actress Oscar for her role in the 1998 film "Shakespeare in Love."

Her other film credits include "Shallow Hal," "The Anniversary Party," "The Talented Mr. Ripley" and "Great Expectations."

This summer, Paltrow will star in two films: "Possession," opposite Aaron Eckhart, and "A View from the Top," with Kelly Preston, Mark Ruffalo and Mike Myers.

Academy Awards for outstanding film achievements of 2001 will be presented on Sunday, March 24, at the Kodak Theatre at Hollywood & Highland® and televised live by the ABC Television Network beginning at 5:30 p.m. PST.
