With commentary written by Eleanor Roosevelt and narration by Katharine Hepburn, "Women in Defense" describes the various types of jobs available through the Office of Civilian Defense. Hepburn encourages women to train and participate in the science and industry fields, and to build on existing skills they can bring to the workforce.
