The 24th Annual Contemporary Documentaries series is a showcase for feature-length and short documentaries drawn from the 2004 Academy Award® nominations, including the winners, as well as other important and innovative films considered by the Academy that year.

All films in Part Two of the series screen at the UCLA’s JAMES BRIDGES THEATER on the UCLA campus on Wednesdays at 7:30 p.m. Filmmakers will be present at screenings whenever possible.

The James Bridges Theater is located in Westwood on the northeast corner of the UCLA campus, near the intersection of Sunset Blvd. and Hilgard Ave. (east of the San Diego/405 Freeway, Sunset Blvd. exit).

Admission is free. Parking is available for $8 in Lot 3, adjacent to the James Bridges Theater. Discount parking tickets are available for $5 at the theater’s box office only for future visits to the theater.
