Shipping and Handling
You may contact customer service at 310-247-3000 x 1107 or posters@oscars.org for any shipping and fulfillment information for posters only.
Cost per poster for domestic and international orders does not include shipping; shipping calculated based on shipping destination. Please allow an additional 2-3 days for order processing.
- Within the U.S. customers can choose UPS Ground or UPS 3-day Select
- Outside the U.S. customers can choose USPS Priority (tracking unavailable) or UPS Intl.
- Canada orders can choose USPS Priority (tracking unavailable) or UPS Canada
All sales are final, no refunds. No P.O. boxes are allowed. No rush or overnight shipment option is available.
Lost or Damaged Poster
If you receive a damaged poster, or if you have not received your poster within 14 business days, please contact customer service. (Have your order confirmation number, date of order and name used to order handy for reference.)

Personal Information
Metrics about general Web site traffic and sales is collected on an aggregate basis. Information about an individual's page visits or sales is not collected nor shared with other companies by the Academy. Specific individual information is collected for the purpose of completing transactions and fulfilling orders. This usually includes information such as shipping, fulfillment, billing and payment data. The Academy does not share this information with any third parties beyond the need to complete transactions such as credit card payment authorization and shipment fulfillment.
Third Parties
The Academy may enter into agreements, partnerships or other business arrangements with third parties who may be given access to personal information including your name, address, telephone number and e-mail solely for the purpose of providing services on behalf of the Academy. For example, sending e-mail and processing credit card payments are services performed by vendors.
